On May 6,
2021, the opening of thewinners` exhibition of the International Art Festival
MALIUY.UA was held, which featured 75 works of artists and sculptors aged 5-25,
who came from 8 countries, such as: Ukraine, Canada, USA, Montenegro, Serbia,
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia and Moldova.
The primary reason of the International Art Festival MALIUY.UA is lying in the development of cultural diplomacy between Ukraine and other nations, the creation and strengthening of ties between generations of different countries. Out of several hundred participants of the festival, including orphans, autistic children and children with disabilities, 222 young artists made it to the finals, of which the esteemed jury, which included representatives from 12 countries, selected 75 winners. Talented artists have shown extraordinary talents and skills, unique vision and fertile imagination. At the exhibition you can see paintings, sculptures, icons, batik and bas-relief.
Wei Limin, General Director of the Ukrainian-Chinese Center of Culture and Education, who is also a member of the Association of Chinese Artists of Ukraine, was invited as a member of the festival jury.
Wei Limin
noted that the festival is a great opportunity to combine the cultures of the
world and unique young talents, who are representatives of their countries, and
75 artworks of the winners presented at the exhibition are not just works of
art, it contains an encrypted "cultural code".
The MALIUY.UA
festival, as well as our Center, is a great example of communication of
different cultures in the modern world.
The exhibition can be visited until May 20, from 11.00 to 18.00, Monday is a day off.
